Early Mornings with Maison Mihara Yasuhiro x Topologie

Topologie and Maison Mihara Yasuhiro are ushering in the day with a new collaborative capsule that leans into the surreal calm of early mornings. Titled Begin Again, the collection blends the Japanese houes’s signature deconstructed, offbeat sensibility with Topologie’s functional design lens.

At the center of the release are reworked versions of MMY’s playful Banana, Soft Serve, and Toothpaste motifs—transformed into sculptural, detachable handles that double as both visual punchlines and practical features. The whimsical forms attach to Topologie’s modular Wares System™, spanning bags, straps, and phone accessories, and offering a new layer of customization through interchangeable components.

Beyond the novelty, the collection pushes wearability forward. The addition of adjustable rope and puffer straps allows pieces to shift easily between crossbody and handheld, reinforcing the collaboration’s focus on versatility without losing its eccentric edge.

The Topologie x Maison Mihara Yasuhiro capsule debuted at a Hyundai Department Store pop-up in Seoul from April 16–22, with a wider release landing May 1 online and in select retail locations across Hong Kong.
