Ippolita Finds a New Form

For Fall 2026, Ippolita looks to nature as both source material and starting point. Titled Formed by Nature. Transformed by Hand, the collection is the first under Creative Director Piotrek Panszczyk, developed alongside founder Ippolita Rostagno and unveiled during New York Fashion Week. It also signals a broader evolution for the New York jewelry house, arriving with a renewed visual identity, campaign, Madison Avenue flagship, and digital experience.

Panszczyk began with the IPPOLITA archive, looking at the house’s sculptural approach to jewelry and the way its pieces are meant to be layered and worn freely. He brings the two together through what the brand calls “Ancient Bohemia,” an idea centered on instinct rather than a specific way of dressing.

Gold, silver, and color remain at the center of the collection. The signature Wavy Disk becomes the Wavy Coin, featuring Hippolyta, the house’s namesake, while hand-hammered silver discs are stacked together. Color is mixed rather than matched, continuing the collection’s emphasis on layering and contrast.

The same approach comes through in the campaign and lookbook. Necklaces are layered over bare skin and sheer fabric, coins appear across rings, belts, and headpieces, and hammered silver cuffs are stacked along the arm. In other images, oversized silver chains wrap across the body, giving the jewelry an almost armor-like quality.

The campaign draws from Minerva, Diana, Hypnos, Medusa, Hippolyta, and Venus, representing wisdom, instinct, imagination, seduction, strength, and desire. Photographed on film by Danielle Neu and styled by Katie Burnett, the images pair the jewelry with a brass helmet, bow and quiver, and a snake coiled around the wrist.

The new Ippolita collection keeps the house’s hammered metals, color, and sculptural forms recognizable while emphasizing the instinctive way they can be layered and worn.
