Hyacyn made its Paris Fashion Week debut with REF 11211, where a street-minded eclecticism came into tension with its signature tailoring on the Spring/Summer 2027 schedule.

Staged among bent railings, wrecked bicycles, and crumpled cars within the gothic Chapelle Sainte-Jeanne-d’Arc, Hyacyn’s Paris Fashion Week debut contrasted urban decay with clothing built around clean lines, sharp construction, and an unabashed sense of personal expression.

Paris debuts often come with the pressure to make a grand statement, and Hyacyn resisted that impulse by doing what it does best: tailored outerwear, elongated silhouettes, and workwear-inspired separates offset by edged-out finishes.

The industrial set gave the presentation just a touch of tension, but the clothes still held its own. Technical zip details, exposed seams, and utility pockets ran throughout, while lightweight knits and sleeveless tops brought a softer counterpoint. Graphic motifs—from Berlin’s Tresor club to irreverent renderings of the brand logo—added another subcultural layer.

A palette of dark neutrals and muted earth tones kept the focus on shape and construction, with the occasional hit of washed denim adding texture. Footwear leaned practical, pairing pointed leather shoes with heavy-duty boots that underscored the collection’s undercurrent of polish and utility.

As more emerging labels continue to find their footing on the Paris calendar, Hyacyn aligns with a growing contingent of streetwear-inflected brands bringing an individualistic spirit to fashion week.
