UGG x Ambush: A Love Letter to Shibuya

 

What happens when UGG goes to Shibuya? A bevy of experimental, streetwear-inspired takes on the staple footwear, all brought to life by Yoon—the co-founder and creative director of Ambush.

 

With a noughties-inspired campaign fronted by rapper Yuki Chiba, the collaboration is an ode to the rebellious, creative energy of Tokyo’s fashion hub. “I wanted to draw inspiration from our city. The boots and shoes I often saw when I first moved to Shibuya have always stuck with me, so this is my love letter to the neighborhood,” says Yoon.

 

Merging inimitable Japanese savoir-faire with bold expression, the collection includes six styles, from a coastal-inspired woven boot to dramatic fur-lined heels.
